The Greenhouse in August

We live live in a sub-tropical place.  Our greenhouse is empty right now.  It has no potting benches or beds of seedlings.  Why?

The summer sun is beating on the roof.

The temperature is high.

Seedlings growing on the porch railing.

Roy has started his corn seedlings on the railing as always.  He doesn't want to cook the poor things.  He wants a second crop of corn.  September will likely be warm and we'll get that second crop.

Meanwhile Roy is making plans for using the greenhouse.  He's even looking into hydroponic gardening.  Now wouldn't that be fun?
